Program Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Draft technical documentation for budget assessments and maintain comprehensive records of financial expenditures.
• Prepare preliminary cost-benefit analyses and facilitate the coordination of funding requests between internal departments and the PMO.
• Support the execution of program control functions by tracking budget milestones and ensuring the accuracy of financial data entry.
• Execute the collection of cost data for quarterly reviews and verify that all expenditures are documented according to established standards.
• Maintain collaborative financial tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of mission-critical funding status.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
• 3+ years of position-relevant experience
• Foundational certifications in program control or budgeting
• Proficiency in specialized financial or budgeting software (e.g., GFEBS or DEAMS)
• Experience with military logistics financial reporting requirements
