Program Control Analyst

About the Role

Altamira Technologies Corporation, a leader in providing innovative solutions to the U.S. National Security community, is seeking a highly qualified and talented Project Control/Financial Analyst to join our team in Warrenton, VA. This role supports multiple active contracts, pricing, and proposals, with a focus on earned value management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• All financial management and reporting for the program, including scheduling, ETC and EAC preparation, revenue, and profit projections on a period basis.
• Support annual planning, baselining, variance analyses, cost estimating, and updates to contract deliverables.
• Work closely with Altamira’s Program Management Office, Program Manager, technical leads, Contracts, Finance, and interface with the customer to ensure accurate and timely reporting and updates to contract financial deliverables and artifacts.
• Provide expertise and guidance on risk management, proposal and pricing, financial management and forecasting (long-term and short-term planning), profitability and margins, staffing, and contracts.
• Partner with Program Managers to meet or exceed financial goals and commitments on the contract.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Support Program Monthly Reviews to provide expert analyses on program progress; participate in weekly and monthly program or business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Program Control, with EAC development and hands-on financial reporting experience.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Skills

• Highly proficient in Deltek/Costpoint, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and communicate, both orally and in writing, with individuals across the organization.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team to meet commitments.
