Program Construction Manager

About the role

An industry-leading engineering and construction consultancy specializing in mission-critical facilities is seeking an experienced Program Construction Manager to oversee large-scale data center and infrastructure construction programs across the United States. This role is responsible for leading multiple project teams, ensuring consistent delivery standards, maintaining quality and safety compliance, managing budgets and resources, and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead and mentor multiple Construction Managers across a portfolio of projects; ensure projects are delivered in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives; standardize reporting, documentation, and project controls across all sites; monitor labor utilization, forecasting, and project expenses; coordinate resources and staffing requirements across projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for program-level stakeholders; provide strategic guidance on project execution, risk mitigation, and program performance; deliver executive-level reporting and presentations; build strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Quality, Safety & Risk: Drive a strong safety culture across all project sites; ensure compliance with construction quality standards and industry regulations; identify and mitigate program-level risks; support contingency planning and issue resolution.
• Process Improvement: Implement best practices, workflows, and reporting tools across the program; drive continuous improvement initiatives; support digital project delivery and data-driven decision making; capture and share lessons learned across projects.
