Responsibilities
- Supervise construction managers and enforce adherence to processes and training
- Interface with project managers to optimize field schedules and resolve issues
- Collaborate on upcoming construction efforts and provide insights on constructability
- Plan and estimate construction needs, including material take-offs from designs
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
- 6+ years of construction supervision experience in diverse environments
- Demonstrated experience executing projects in remote and logistically challenging locations
- Prioritized experience supervising trades employees and validating project cost estimates
- 5+ years of expertise in procurement, contract management, and vendor selection
