Program Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction managers and enforce adherence to processes and training
• Interface with project managers to optimize field schedules and resolve issues
• Collaborate on upcoming construction efforts and provide insights on constructability
• Plan and estimate construction needs, including material take-offs from designs
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with design, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of construction supervision experience in diverse environments
• Demonstrated experience executing projects in remote and logistically challenging locations
• Prioritized experience supervising trades employees and validating project cost estimates
• 5+ years of expertise in procurement, contract management, and vendor selection
