What You Will Do
The Program Clinical Supervisor III, in collaboration with the Program Director, oversees care and services for participants while maintaining programmatic fidelity and participant satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a pivotal partner in overseeing care and services for participants
- Planning, supervising, reviewing, and overseeing the work of direct care staff
- Reviewing and ensuring program documentation meets relevant standards
- Providing consultation related to participant/family needs and plans
- Ensuring compliance with Fred Finch and federal, state, and county guidelines
- Providing strategic and operational direction in areas of productivity and financial performance
- Delivering and overseeing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and age-appropriate services
- Managing, coaching, providing developmental feedback, and supervising staff
- Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Work Schedule
This is a 10-month, school-based position. The typical work timeframe is August - June, aligned with the academic calendar.
Compensation
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly, 22 pay periods per year, aligned with the 10-month school-year calendar
- Pay Range: $3,589.60 - $4,581.60
- Stay-On Incentive: 3% upon completion of a full work-year calendar
Qualifications
- Preferred: Active CA LCSW license
- Knowledge of designing, supervising, monitoring, updating, and discontinuing individualized behavioral, mental, and emotional interventions
- Demonstrated ability to utilize de-escalation techniques that align with the trauma-informed care model
- Demonstrated understanding of developmental milestones of children, youth, or young adults
- Ability to deliver and oversee trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and age-appropriate services
- Ability to manage, coach, provide developmental feedback, and supervise staff
- Willing and available for in-person work during regular business hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
- Willing and able to work additional hours as needed
- Clean driving record and a current CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hire
- Must have access to dependable transportation and personal car insurance, unless using agency vehicle
- Ability to conduct a CANS/ANSA assessment within 90 days of employment if required by the work assignment
Education and Experience
- Program Supervisor III (required): Licensed for more than two years, verified by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as either an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Experience: 3 (three) years of work experience with population, supervisory, and/or combination
