About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing innovative educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new academic programs aligned with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and deliver high-quality courses and curricula.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with educational trends and best practices to inform program development.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or teaching.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
