Program Associate / Children's Community Program
Location: Westampton, NJ – various sites in Burlington and Camden County (Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill, Voorhees). Non-exempt, full-time, in-person role in the Children’s Residential department.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Bancroft’s Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program, you’ll support children with autism and disabilities and empower them to realize their best life. Join a care team that values your growth and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Empower children to develop skills for daily life.
- Encourage independence through personalized plans of care.
- Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community.
- Belong to a supportive team that holds one another accountable.
- Communicate with residents, families, and guardians.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work well in teams and openness to learning new skills.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends.
- Current driver’s license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Pay
Hourly rate: $19.19–$19.58 plus additional incentives.
Schedule
Full-time positions available on 2nd shift and overnights, including one weekend day. Specific openings: Thursday 10 p.m.–8 a.m., Friday 9 p.m.–7 a.m., and Saturday 9 p.m.–7 a.m.
