About the role

This position performs supportive social service work in the daily operations of the Council on Aging supportive day care program. Leads activities and assists participants with program activities, and all other related work as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily activities for program participants
• Assist participants with program activities and personal care as needed
• Provide supportive social services to elderly participants
• Assist in the daily operations of the supportive day care program
• Perform related work as required
