Program Assistant: II

Level II: 2-5 Years of Experience. The program assistant II will support the daily operations of SDG&E's demand response programs which pay customers an incentive for conseving energy on hot days when converation is needed most. The program assistant II will respond to inquires from program particpants and assist particpating aggregators with customer enrollments. The program asistant will write up tickets and submit them to IT when a system is not working properly. The progarm assistant will also maintain up to date program procedures and assist with general program reporting. The program assistant will update program databases and spreadsheets and should be proficient in MIcrosoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
