About the role
The Program Assistant (Emergency Shelter Admin Support) – Full Time – Family Centre is responsible for providing administrative support to the shelter staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Support the coordination of events and meetings within the shelter.
- Handle correspondence and communicate with external parties as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the shelter management team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in administrative support or related field.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
