Program and Project Management
About the Role
This position plans, organizes, and controls resources and processes to achieve project and program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. As a subject matter expert in Project/Program Management, you will utilize your knowledge of project and business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements to ensure project success.
- Estimates costs, resources, and time required for each project phase and allocates resources and tasks to meet these targets.
- Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
- Monitors project status, including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing projects on time and within budget.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate project status within and beyond the project team.
- Coordinates activities of outside contractors to ensure integration into the project and satisfactory service standards.
- Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level professionals.
Requirements
- University degree preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience required; 7+ years preferred.
- Sedentary work as physical requirement.
Skills
- Required: 5+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience.
- Preferred:
- 7+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience.
- Ability to serve as a program-level integrator across all Wealth Management technology workstreams, maintaining visibility into progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ability to produce program reports, roadmaps, and other program tracking artifacts for transparency and proactive management of program health.
- Prior experience developing and presenting executive and stakeholder communication materials across various business forums.
- Experience partnering with Change Management to support program launches, including training and communications planning.
- Ability to provide broad program-level support to drive the success of the Wealth Technology Enhancement Program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira.

Pay
Base pay range: $106,000/yr – $148,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The competitive compensation package may also include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
