Overview

The Denver Architecture Foundation is seeking a Program and Administrative Coordinator to support its programs and maintain administrative systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support DAF programs
  • Maintain administrative systems supporting daily operations
  • Provide exceptional logistical organization
  • Offer superior customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support and customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, public administration)
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Knowledge of nonprofit operations
