About the role
StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD.
Essential Job Duties
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
- Collections, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Affords assistance to program leadership in formulating and delivering strategic messaging and required reports.
- May develop and submit briefing materials on behalf of the Program Office.
- Affords assistance to the project IPT lead with industry partners in communicating a message consistent with Program Office strategic goals and intent.
- Serves as a qualified professional in technical writing and strategic messaging.
- Manages competing priorities, deadlines and projects.
Experience Requirements
- Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development with Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
- Desired Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.
- Demonstrated experience in program/project status, earned value management, schedules, strategic communications and technical writing.
Education Requirements
- MA/MS degree Allowable Substitution for MA/MS Degree: Bachelors Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.
- Associates Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.

Pay
The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
