The PM serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and government stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is onsite in Bedford, IN. Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day oversight and management of the Drone Dominance program teamDevelop and maintain Project Management Plans (PMPs), schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)Oversee coordination and execution of Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test plans, and test reportsTrack T&E schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple test eventsPlan and manage all logistics for test events, demonstrations, exercises, and program reviewsCoordinate travel, transportation, equipment, and facility arrangements for all program activitiesProvide direct support to Government Program Managers and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)Monitor program performance, identify risks, and provide regular status reports to Government leadershipPrepare briefings, white papers, reports, and program documentation as required Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, deliverables, and deadlines Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field plus fifteen (15) years of experienceMinimum 5–7 years of project management experience supporting DoD programsExperience managing Test & Evaluation programs and UAS/drone activitiesKnowledge of DoD acquisition processes, regulations, and policiesProficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management toolsExcellent written, verbal, and organizational skillsActive Secret Security Clearance
