Program Analyst (Lead).
Duties
Maintain records and monitors the progress of the planning, engineering, and construction effort for assigned project work.
Request and justifies numerous reprogramming actions requiring commitment of funds.
Lead a team in balancing the workload to accomplish the everyday tasks.
Maintain contacts with all elements of the District and Division personnel to obtain and provide information on Division's programs.
Ensure facility account cost is distributed monthly.
Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
Respond to inquiries on fund issues in an effort to resolve at the lowest level.

This is a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT LEVEL II Certified position.
Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) of 10%
Position is designated as Non-Sensitive-No access is required.
This a Cyber Work Role in accordance with DoDM 8140.03
