Program Analyst II

About the role
This full-time Program Analyst II position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and offers an in-person or hybrid schedule. The Program Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities to ensure successful delivery of program objectives, including developing and maintaining detailed program schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks or delays. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cost, schedule, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program.
- Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements.
- Create and maintain program status reports.
- Interface with all levels of customers, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics.
- Prepare communications for program status updates, both internally and externally.
- Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate.
- Assist with proposal efforts.
- May provide work leadership for lower-level employees.
- Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
- 5+ years of directly related experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- MS Project experience highly desirable.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- PMP certification desired but not required.
- Willing and able to travel up to 10% as needed.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $72,654.00–$94,450.00 per year for the state of Illinois. This range reflects the employer’s good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as federal contract labor categories, geographic location, business considerations, scope of responsibilities, and candidate qualifications (e.g., prior work experience, skills, education, and certifications).
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable).
