Program Analyst II

About the role

The Program Analyst II plays a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of complex programs within the organization. They are responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to support program decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Provide guidance and training to junior analysts on best practices and methodologies
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform program enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
