About the role

As a Program Analyst at Partner Forces, you will support a DHS front office and broader program operations environment. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys solving problems, organizing information, supporting strategic and operational initiatives, and helping leadership make informed decisions in a fast-paced mission-focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day program operations through coordination, tracking, and organizational support activities
  • Aid in managing program deliverables, action items, milestones, and reporting requirements
  • Monitor and track operational priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks
  • Support leadership with planning, coordination, and execution of program activities and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain trackers, status reports, dashboards, and other program management tools
  • Gather, organize, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources to support leadership decision-making
  • Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct data analysis and identify trends, risks, gaps, or opportunities to support program improvements
  • Affirm the development of metrics, performance tracking mechanisms, and operational reporting processes
  • Support quality assurance and review efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables
  • Collaborate across government and contractor teams to support information sharing and program execution
  • Draft meeting summaries, correspondence, briefing materials, and other program communications
  • Facilitate and follow up on meeting activities, including action item tracking
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across varying levels of leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, coordination, and program processes
  • Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc leadership requests as needed
  • Document standard operating procedures, workflows, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting program management, operations, analysis, or coordination efforts in a government or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work onsite daily in a professional client environment
  • Active DHS suitability or ability to obtain/maintain required clearance/access
  • Familiarity with program management, reporting, or operational coordination processes
  • Experience supporting DHS or other federal programs or front office environments
  • Experience developing briefings, dashboards, trackers, or executive-level materials
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Annual Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000 USD

Schedule

This is a fully onsite position requiring strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work closely with government and contractor stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
