PROGRAM ANALYST
About the role
This position supports Electronic Document Access programs at Scott AFB, Illinois. It involves analyzing, developing strategies, and coordinating plans. Duties also include managing invoice reports, performing PIEE Administrator tasks, interacting with technical project leads, and providing e-Business support.
Responsibilities
- Conducts analyses and develops strategies for Electronic Document Access programs.
- Manages invoice reports, clearing aged invoices over 30 days to ensure timely payment.
- Performs PIEE Administrator tasks, including access roles and user support.
- Works with technical project leads to determine program goals and resource requirements.
- Provides e-Business support to contract writing systems and assists with IT issues.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Must be registered for Selective Service (males born after 12-31-1959).
- Must have served 3 months after latest competitive appointment in the Federal service.
- Must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher grade in Federal Service.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
- Must be able to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.
- Must be able to travel to other locations within the continental United States (CONUS) and/or other locations outside the continental United States.
Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 within the federal service, demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes conducting projects or studies to identify, coordinate, or propose solutions to acquisition IT-related programs or performing management of Change Advisory Board (CAB) to include change, configuration, training, testing, or release management for acquisition systems.
Education
No substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level is allowed.

The position requires the incumbent to travel away from their normal duty station to other locations within the continental United States (CONUS) and/or other locations outside the continental United States.
