Responsibilities
- Document program admissions coordination with a focus on program-specific, admissions-focused, and coordination-owned workflows within the international education platform.
- Maintain work and study travel job role documentation, including status tracking, to ensure visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile enrollment support with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and owned.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain clarity and compliance in program admissions processes.
- Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the admissions workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear and traceable.
- Use judgment in follow-up actions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of program admissions coordination meets standards for record management, student services, and process compliance, making work secure and traceable for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$64,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
