Scope of Responsibilities
- Support implementation and onboarding of specialized client programs and services.
- Cookordination client, partner, and internal team communications throughout the implementation and maintenance lifecycle.
- Maintain program configuration data, including provider, pharmacy, product, pricing, and eligibility information.
- Facilitate ongoing program updates and enhancements through collaboration with operational, pricing, eligibility, and system teams.
- Support recurring client reporting, operational reviews, and service-related meetings.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of program documentation and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced client experience.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word.
- Valid drivers license.
Education and Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Experience Required: 2 years experience in Customer/Client Service.
- Preferred: 2 years experience with Health Care, Insurance and /or Account Management.
Compensation
$18.50 per hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
