For those selected for an interview, each candidate must provide a work product presentation during the interview phase that is no more than 10 minutes long.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and general training for other departments such as Claims and Provider Enrollment.
• Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
• Design visually engaging and interactive training material and presentations for learners that meets modern adult learning principles and varied learning needs.
• Collaborate with LKI training team, SMEs, and account lenders to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.
• Provide post-training support and resources to learners and call center leadership.
• Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Three (3) or more years of experience as a corporate/executive trainer or facilitator.
• Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Demonstrable curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design skills.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
