About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Professional Services Veterinarian to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role will serve as a trusted medical and technical resource for veterinary practices, helping customers apply clinical guidance and product knowledge in support of better care. The position combines field-facing consultation, education, and cross-functional partnership to strengthen customer relationships and improve adoption of the company's solutions. You will work closely with sales, training, and internal support teams to deliver clear, accurate, and practical veterinary expertise. This is an opportunity to shape customer success while contributing to the quality and consistency of medical communications across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Consult with practice owner veterinarians on medical protocols
- Represent the organization at seminars and educational sessions for veterinary influencers
- Partner with the sales team to provide medical support and technical training
- Create and review technical materials covering the company's products
- Support the training department with materials and training sessions
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical medical advice
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
- DVM degree or equivalent
- Advanced degree or board certification preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in the veterinary industry or veterinary practice
- Licensed to practice in at least one state is a plus
- Strong business acumen and the ability to support product knowledge in a customer-facing environment

Pay
$140,000 – $160,000 annually
