About the role
We’re looking for a PS Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our Services organization and driving operational excellence across strategic program execution, systems, and reporting. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with PS leadership, streamline back-office processes, and build the systems and insights that enable our teams to deliver with efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Be the operational backbone for key Professional Services programs, including monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking.
- Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing productivity.
- Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale PS systems.
- Support and improve core PS administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking and forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain and evolve our reporting suite to ensure PS leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into spend, forecasts, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps to align PS financial planning and reporting with broader company goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on margins, revenue, costs, program performance, and customer trends, delivering timely insights for leadership.
- Act as the go-to resource for all PS-related systems, processes, and analytics questions.
Requirements
- A builder’s mindset, with the ability to direct the configuration and evolution of systems like Certinia and Salesforce to support a scaling PS org.
- Curiosity and analytical strength, with a knack for uncovering drivers of revenue, spend, and customer outcomes, systematically turning data into actionable insights.
- A passion for efficiency, using automation, AI solutions, and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce overhead.
- A strong focus on accuracy and data integrity, ensuring leadership can rely on your metrics and forecasts.
- The ability to collaborate closely with executives, supporting their strategy while also contributing your own insights to shape it.
- A clear communication and a collaborative spirit, making you a trusted partner across PS, Finance, and Sales.
- Expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with a working knowledge of SQL to update existing queries.
- 4+ years of experience in operations within enterprise software.
Nice to haves
- Complete autonomy with Tableau reporting and SQL
- Knowledge of AI automation platforms (Claude, N8N,...)
Compensation
Compensation Range: $138,380 - $162,800
