About the role
As a Professional Services Manager at First Advantage, you will have end-to-end ownership of the on-boarding experience for our enterprise clients across our product suite. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technology, and Client Success teams to seamlessly integrate clients into our environment, focusing on value realization and time to revenue.
Responsibilities
- Design client-centric implementation project plans and quarterback delivery of end-to-end lifecycle
- Be a subject matter expert across Sterling platforms and products, partnering with internal stakeholders to successfully architect, implement, and manage client solutions
- Navigate complex issues, both technical and non-technical, using sound judgment and data to make decisions that benefit our clients
- Lead scoping, documentation, and interpretation of client implementation requirements, providing simple, actionable guidance to help customers execute alongside you
- Champion successful customer outcomes and innovate ways to improve our customer implementation processes
- Directly impact the Company's time to revenue to drive corporate performance
Requirements
- A 4-year degree in a technical or related field, with an MBA being a plus
- 5+ years of project management/program implementation experience, preferably in HCM or background services industry
- Prior experience working closely with Sales/Client Success Teams during the pre-sales stage, onboarding, and supporting enterprise-level B2B SaaS solutions
- Extensive and successful onboarding (implementation/deployment) of enterprise-sized clients
- Solid experience with integrations for Enterprise Level accounts; you won't code, but you'll lead pre- and post-production testing and configuration with leading ATS/HRIS applications
- Expertise in optimizing client integrations and achieving high levels of client satisfaction
- Superior motivational capabilities and people skills that inspire clients and drive collaboration across multiple layers of an organization
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills that deliver clear messages and create positive and impactful experiences for clients
- Solutions Consulting background would be an asset when working on the pre-sale plans
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Work well under pressure and are not risk-averse and comfortable taking on challenges
