Description Responsibilities This Position Is Designed As An Entry Into The World Of Professional Services. This Position Requires a High Degree Of Oversight By a Mentor Or Senior Team Member And May Include The Following Project Planning ActivitiesConduct internal project transitions using provided meeting templatesManage add-on projects for existing clientsCan manage project off-boarding which includes:Modification of existing project plansOutlining the remaining scope, schedule, and budget of the project, as well as each party's responsibilities and mutual commitment to contribute adequate resources to follow the plan with assistance.Ensure that resources are scheduled and monitor progress to ensure compliance with the project plan, immediately notifying affected parties of any schedule changesUse departmental sites/calendars/systems to publish a summary of key dates and issues to all Tyler employees involved in the project, such as development, implementation, support, and other project managers.Obtain regular feedback from clients regarding project status and quality of service and take immediate corrective action as required.Follow provided direction to resolve roadblocks, such as hardware, software, or networking incompatibilities and unresponsive third-party vendors or clients.Communicate completion of milestones to clients and secure formal acceptance from them.Upon project completion conduct meetings with clients, using provided meeting templates, to ensure a smooth transition of services from implementation to support.Familiarity of contract requirements, program modifications, and other site-specific background informationAbility to research basic invoice questionsActs on direction provided for process improvement initiativesAfter successful completion of PSA Training, completes the responsibilities of the Contract Routing TeamDaily DigestInitiate New Contract Setup RequestsSelection of appropriate Project template(s)Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High school graduate or equivalentUnderstanding and desire to learn the skills associated with a Project ManagerProven planning, organizational skills, and follow through abilityExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency using computers and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to problem-solve and present solutions with some guidanceSeeks appropriate guidance to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environmentDemonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude and is open to feedback to further growthSeeks appropriate guidance for negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills.Occasionally seeks out opportunities to develop skills further
