Professional Services Consultant - Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Professional Services Consultant - Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner with client organizations to improve middle- and back-office operations, supporting onboarding, fund launches, and operational readiness across complex financial environments. The consultant will work closely with clients, asset managers, and technology vendors to streamline processes, support system integrations, and strengthen day-to-day operational performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Execute operational processes and procedures efficiently Provide operational consulting for client onboarding and fund launches Onboard new functionalities and asset managers seamlessly Conduct reviews of operational environments to identify performance improvement opportunities Support system integrations across varied platforms and vendors Document business processes and maintain an operational artifacts library Qualifications 3–10 years of experience in financial services, hedge fund, or fintech environments with a focus on middle- or back-office operations Solid grasp of instrument valuation across asset classes including equities, options, and fixed income Understanding of the full trade lifecycle, from compliance through reporting Familiarity with buy-side PMS/IBOR/ABOR systems Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Professional development reimbursement opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
