About the role

Provides professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
  • Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to:
    • Design
    • Plan
    • Implement
    • Validate and Test
    • Document
    • Provide Knowledge Transfer
    • Troubleshoot
    • Support
  • Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.
  • Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis’ clients.
  • Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
  • Works with Logicalis’ clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
  • Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities on occasion.
  • Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
  • Buils credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
  • Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
  • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
  • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: Equivalent Combination accepted. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience / Technical Requirements: 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft technologies, including infrastructure migrations, troubleshooting, implementation, configuration, and support, with strong experience in the following areas:
    • Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Exchange Online
    • SharePoint Online
    • OneDrive for Business
    • Identity and Access Management
    • Microsoft Entra ID
    • Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, and identity governance concepts
    • Microsoft Entra Connect Sync / Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync
    • Active Directory Domain Services, including upgrades, migrations, GPOs, and hybrid identity integration
    • AD FS experience
    • Endpoint Management and Security
    • Microsoft Intune
    • Microsoft Configuration Manager
    • Windows device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment
    • Microsoft Defender capabilities, including Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Identity
    • Microsoft Purview and Information Protection
    • Sensitivity labels, data classification, and data protection concepts
    • Data lifecycle management, retention, and compliance related capabilities
    • PowerShell scripting and automation
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data manipulation
    • 2+ years of consulting experience focused on Microsoft solutions, including client-facing delivery, requirements gathering, implementation, documentation, knowledge transfer, and expectation management.
    • Additional experience in one or more of the following:
      • Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS
      • Azure landing zones, governance, migration, and security fundamentals
      • Migration tools such as Quest On Demand Migration, Quest Migration Manager, and Bit Titan Migration
      • WizLoad balancer technologies
      • Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and experience building or configuring agents
      • Power Platform exposure, including Power Automate or Power Apps
      • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certifications: One or more of the following:
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is constantly required to sit, talk, see, hear, and use hands and arms.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand; move about, climb steps or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary Compensation Range: $100,000 to $122,000 plus bonus
