Responsibilities

• Responsible for total Purchasing Volume (PVO) of assigned (Sub) Commodities (Management Consulting, Legal Services, Corporate Audit, Process Audit & Certification, Tax, and Finance Consulting).
• Develops and implements strategies to achieve optimum conditions and savings through collaborative, targeted activities to increase the company’s profit.
• Communicates strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials and services.
• Negotiates frame contracts; identifies procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to avoid potential damage or exploit potential opportunities through risk and change management.
• Performs Supplier Management, particularly Supplier Development, to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure an optimum supply chain.
• Improves existing processes and approaches.
• Maintains stakeholder and supplier relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
• Provides coaching and education on Procurement processes as needed.
• Collaborates both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of procurement experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including short-term international travel.
• Deep professional know-how and experience in Strategic Procurement roles.
• Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good PC skills (MS Office software: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $117,770 – $161,931. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission-eligible position, commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan, with commissions based on individual and/or company performance.
