You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop a territory business plan aligned with company objectives
• Conduct engaging sales presentations for targeted customers
• Achieve territory sales goals while adhering to regulations
• Demonstrate understanding of targeting principles
• Create pre-call strategies for key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure high productivity in field calls and activities
• Gather insights to inform territory strategies and implementation
• Utilize promotional materials to enhance physician product awareness
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
• Engage in continual professional development and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
• Willingness and ability to travel within designated territory

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually
