You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop business plan aligned with sales strategies and objectives
• Conduct sales presentations to targeted customers
• Achieve quarterly sales goals adhering to ethical practices
• Understand and apply targeting principles
• Create pre-call planning strategies for key accounts
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity
• Gather information to implement targeted marketing strategies
• Leverage materials to promote the company products to physicians
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Engage in continuous professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (or equivalent experience/education)
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Proven expertise in influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Self-starter with high motivation
• Willingness and ability to travel within territory
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in English in all forms

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually
