Professional Recruiter

Location: Knoxville, TN | Type: Full Time | Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Overview

Utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team to support customer recruiting needs by matching the right candidate to those requirements
• Strategically source candidates using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, social media, internal database, and other resources
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications and strengths through interviews (face-to-face and phone) and reference checks
• Maintain candidate relationships and manage contract employees during assignments
• Adhere to proper policies and procedures throughout the full hiring life cycle
• Complete pre-employment processes including paperwork, background checks, and drug screens
• Generate leads and set meetings to establish new business locally and nationally
• Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations
• Collaborate with teammates to identify, assess, and service current and new accounts

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relatable recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to source and evaluate technical professionals
• Proficiency with internet recruiting, social media, and database management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred

Pay

Base salary plus uncapped commission

40 hours per week
