We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting for sections. Let's extract content: Intro paragraph: "Imagine being an employee-owner of a company guided by engaged and empowered team members like yourself. Where a culture of respect, flexibility, and accountability aren't just ideals - they're our foundation, and diverse backgrounds and perspectives are valued as drivers of innovation and growth. Join us, as together, we are Building a Better World for All of Us®. You belong at SEH SEH is currenting searching for a Professional Mechanical Engineer to join our talented Architecture team!" (some typos). This is about the role. Then quotes from employee-owners: "Why Our Employee-owners Love SEH" with quotes. Then "Why You’ll Love SEH" bullet list: Collaborate on amazing projects..., Being 100% employee-owned..., Career development..., Work arrangements..., Flexible holidays..., Paid Family Leave... Then description: "At SEH, the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team is dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, sustainable, cost-effective, and socially responsible engineering services to our clients. We are Building a Better World for All of Us by being responsible stewards of the environment, positively impacting the communities we serve, and upholding the trust our project stakeholders place in us. SEH is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to be a foundational hire for our West Region team in Colorado. This role is ideal for an engineer who can manage projects independently and confidently serve as the mechanical lead from concept through construction. You will step into a high-autonomy seat where you can operate as the mechanical lead: scoping work, engaging clients, coordinating with design teams, producing complete construction documents in Revit, and supporting construction administration. This is also a growth role. As the West Region team expands, this position has the opportunity to evolve into a Project Manager and people leader role as skills and interest align." Then "This Opportunity" bullet list: Serve as the Mechanical Engineer of Record..., Produce HVAC..., Coordinate design..., Conduct site visits..., Communicate directly..., Support construction administration..., Help shape..., Provide mentorship... Then "Essential Qualifications" bullet list: Bachelor’s degree..., Active Professional Engineer (PE) license..., Colorado licensure preferred..., Demonstrated ability..., Strong consulting experience..., Revit proficiency..., Client-facing communication skills..., Ability to travel..., Live within daily commuting distance..., Work from home is acceptable; however, the candidate must be willing to work in the office as needed for team collaboration. Then "Preferred Qualifications" bullet list: Minimum of 5 years..., Commissioning experience..., Project experience in one or more of the following facility types or service areas: (list), Experience leading small to mid-size projects..., Interest and aptitude for growth into project management and managerial roles... Then "Who We Are" paragraph: Better Places..., SEH is an employee-owned engineering..., Our 900+ employee-owners..., Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $90,000 and $130,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey. Due to current business and operational considerations, unable to hire employees residing in the following states at this time: AK, AR, CA, CT, DE, HI, KY, MA, RI, VT, and PR. Candidates willing to relocate should indicate this in their application. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. SEH is an Equal Opportunity Employer... (EEO boilerplate to remove). Also "Notice to Third Party Agencies..." (legal boilerplate to remove). We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions, cookie/navigation etc. Also remove "Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey." maybe that's a link but we can keep as part of Benefits? It mentions benefits package but not details. We should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It mentions "Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey." but does not list benefits. So we should not create a Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. However earlier there is "Why You’ll Love SEH" which includes benefits: Work arrangements that promote work/life balance, Flexible holidays, Paid Family Leave. Those are benefits. So we can include a Benefits section with those items. Pay: Base compensation range $90,000-$130,000. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly stated. There's mention of work arrangements, flexible holidays, work from home acceptable, but no explicit schedule (e.g., full-time, hours). So we should not create Schedule section unless specific. We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (maybe from "This Opportunity" bullet list), Requirements (Essential Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe combine? but we can have Skills separate if there is content like Revit proficiency, client-facing communication, etc. Those are in Essential Qualifications. Could put them under Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We can decide to have About the role (intro + why you'll love SEH?), Responsibilities (This Opportunity bullet list), Requirements (Essential Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe we can extract skill-specific items like Revit proficiency, client-facing communication, ability to travel, etc.) Benefits (from Why You’ll Love SEH: Work arrangements that promote work/life balance, Flexible holidays, Paid Family Leave). Pay (compensation range). Possibly also include "Who We Are" as About the company? Could be part of About the role or separate but not in list. Could incorporate into About the role. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can reformat into HTML. We need to ensure we don't lose any substantive info: quotes from employee-owners, the "Why Our Employee-owners Love SEH" quotes, the "Why You’ll Love SEH" bullet points, the description of role, the "This Opportunity" bullet list, Essential Qualifications bullet list, Preferred Qualifications bullet list, Who We Are paragraph (including base compensation range, hiring restrictions, authorization, etc.), but we must remove EEO/legal boilerplate and notice to third party agencies. We must also remove duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "Building a Better World for All of Us®" appears multiple times; we can keep but not duplicate? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid repeating same sentence multiple times. We can keep one instance. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

Imagine being an employee-owner of a company guided by engaged and empowered team members like yourself. Where a culture of respect, flexibility, and accountability aren't just ideals - they're our foundation, and diverse backgrounds and perspectives are valued as drivers of innovation and growth. Join us, as together, we are Building a Better World for All of Us®. You belong at SEH. SEH is currently searching for a Professional Mechanical Engineer to join our talented Architecture team.

Maybe include the employee-owner quotes as a
  • under About the role? Or maybe a separate section "Why Our Employee-owners Love SEH". But not in prescribed headings list. Could incorporate into About the role as a or
. Since we must preserve all substantive info, we need to include those quotes. Could put them under About the role as a
        with each quote as
      • . That seems okay. Then

        Why You’ll Love SEH

but that's not in the list of headings; but we could treat as Benefits? Actually "Why You’ll Love SEH" includes benefits and culture. Could be part of Benefits section. But we have Benefits heading allowed. So we can put those bullet points under Benefits. Thus:

        • Flexible holidays enable individuals to tailor their festivities
