Professional Liability Associate

Job Details

• We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our Providence OR Boston office with experience in professional liability, preferably with exposure to medical.
• This role offers the opportunity to manage all phases of litigation, engage directly with clients, and work in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of medical professional liability litigation
• Advises and interacts with clients to provide strategic solutions
• Conducts research, drafts motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Collaborates with partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver top-quality legal services
• Participates in trial preparation and advocacy as needed

Qualifications

• Admission to Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts bars
• Demonstrated experience in professional liability matters
• Strong client service orientation, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Commitment to teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth
