Professional Land Surveyor

While this position does require a Wisconsin PLS license, the primary focus is project management, staff coordination, and client communication—not daily fieldwork. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a variety of survey projects across Wisconsin, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for overseeing project execution, supervising internal teams, maintaining client relationships, and certifying final deliverables. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys balancing technical oversight with leadership and project coordination. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Wisconsin (Required)Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying with at least 2 years in a project management or leadership roleStrong knowledge of Wisconsin survey standards, statutes, and regulatory processesProficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey-related softwareExcellent organizational and communication skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a consulting firm or multidisciplinary office environmentPrevious experience as a Project Manager, completing proposals, and client communicationDemonstrated success in managing teams or mentoring staff
