Professional IV-Quality Assurance
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can choose appropriate headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out things like "Job Application Submission Window", "Submission Guidelines", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Reasonable Accommodations", "E-Verify", "Badging Requirement", "Drug Free Workplace", etc. Those are boilerplate/legal. Also remove "Based on eligibility rules" etc. Also remove "Annual Salary Range (based on full-time 40 hours per week) Job Profile: Professional IV / Annual Salary Range: $100,400 - $180,700" but we need to keep salary range. So we keep that but maybe format as Pay section.
We need to keep "Working at NLR NLR’s 305-acre Flatirons Campus is the nation’s premier wind energy, water power, and grid integration research facility..." That's substantive about the role/organization. Could go under "About the role". Also "Join the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR), where world-class scientists..." etc. That's also about the organization.
We need to keep the job description duties list. That's many bullet points; we need to put them under Responsibilities as - .
We need to keep qualifications: Basic Qualifications (education/experience combos), Additional Required Qualifications (knowledge of construction process, communication skills, etc.), Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes (trade experience, etc.), Preferred Qualifications (certifications, etc.). We can combine into Requirements or Qualifications sections. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings, we need to decide. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. But we might combine to avoid thin sections. However we have enough content for both maybe: Requirements could be the mandatory qualifications (Basic + Additional Required). Qualifications could be Preferred Qualifications. Or we could have Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills, attributes). But we also have Skills section possible. Let's think: The posting includes "Basic Qualifications", "Additional Required Qualifications", "Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes", "Preferred Qualifications". So we could map:
- Requirements: Basic Qualifications + Additional Required Qualifications (the mandatory ones)
- Skills: Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes (trade experience, etc.)
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications
But we also have "Skills" as a possible heading. Could also put "Skills" for the trade experience etc. And "Qualifications" for preferred.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to include Pay section with salary range. Also Schedule section with Hours Per Week 40.
Benefits section: Benefits Summary includes medical, dental, vision insurance; short- and long-term disability insurance; pension benefits; 403(b) Employee Savings Plan with employer match; life and AD&D insurance; PTO and sick leave; paid holidays; tuition reimbursement; performance-, merit-, achievement-based awards; relocation expense reimbursement; limited-term positions not eligible for long-term disability or tuition reimbursement. We need to keep all that.
We must remove boilerplate like "Based on eligibility rules" but we can keep the sentence about limited-term positions not eligible for long-term disability or tuition reimbursement as it's substantive.
We also need to remove "Job Application Submission Window", "Submission Guidelines", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Reasonable Accommodations", "E-Verify", "Badging Requirement", "Drug Free Workplace". Also remove "Based on eligibility rules" maybe part of benefits but we can keep the sentence about limited-term positions.
We also need to remove "NLR takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees." That's part of Pay description but maybe we can keep as part of Pay section? It's substantive about how salary determined. Could keep.
We also need to keep "In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions." That's also Pay.
Now produce HTML fragment.
