Quality Assurance$100k–$181k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description about NLR, then Job Description (duties), Basic Qualifications, Additional Required Qualifications, Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits Summary, Annual Salary Range, etc. Also location, position type, hours per week. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out things like "Job Application Submission Window", "Submission Guidelines", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Reasonable Accommodations", "E-Verify", "Badging Requirement", "Drug Free Workplace", etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like repeated qualifications). Must keep substantive info: location, position type, hours per week, description of NLR, job description duties, qualifications, etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph about NLR and role?), Responsibilities (the job description duties), Requirements (basic qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe additional required qualifications?), Skills (skills and attributes), Benefits (benefits summary), Pay (salary range), Schedule (hours per week). Also maybe include location and position type in a short paragraph. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have salary range, so include Pay. Schedule: we have Hours Per Week 40, so include Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create sections with no content. So we will include sections only if we have content. Let's extract content: Posting Title: Professional IV-Quality Assurance (but we don't repeat as heading). Location: CO - Boulder. Position Type: Regular. Hours Per Week: 40. Working at NLR description: paragraph about NLR's Flatirons Campus etc. That's about the organization and role context. Could go under About the role. Job Description: long list of duties. That's Responsibilities. Basic Qualifications: bullet list of education/experience combos plus statements about expertise. That's Requirements? Could be Requirements. Additional Required Qualifications: repeats some of basic qualifications plus knowledge of construction process, communication skills, etc. Could be merged into Requirements or Qualifications. Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: trade experience, experience with multiple QMS, adaptability, etc. That's Skills. Preferred Qualifications: certifications, DOE policies, experience with ISM, Procore, OSHA 30 hour. Could be Qualifications or Skills. Benefits Summary: list of benefits. Annual Salary Range: $100,400 - $180,700. We need to avoid duplication: there is repeated text in Basic Qualifications and Additional Required Qualifications (some identical lines). We should preserve all substantive info but not duplicate identical lines? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't explicitly forbid deduplication, but we should not lose info. If we deduplicate identical sentences, we might lose some nuance but it's same info repeated. Safer to keep both? Might be considered duplication but they said remove duplicated lines. So we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to detect duplicate lines and keep only one occurrence. Let's list the substantive lines: From Working at NLR paragraph: multiple sentences. Job Description: many bullet-like sentences (each starts with a verb). We'll keep them as list items. Basic Qualifications: lines: - Relevant Bachelor's Degree and 9 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience. - Or, relevant Master's Degree and 7 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience. - Or, relevant PhD and 4 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience. - Or, relevant JD and 4 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience. - Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. - Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. - Considered internal subject matter expert. - Extensive knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to specific field. - Excellent leadership, project management and problem solving skills. - Ability to use various computer software programs. - Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date. Additional Required Qualifications: lines: - Knowledge of the construction process, means and methods, and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances. - Very strong written and verbal communication skills are required. - Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. - Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. - Considered internal subject matter expert. - Extensive knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to specific field. - Excellent leadership, project management and problem solving skills. - Ability to use various computer software programs. So many duplicates with Basic Qualifications after the first four lines. We'll keep one copy of each unique line. Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: - Trade experience in new construction is preferred. - Experience with multiple Quality Management Systems desired (e.g., ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-17025, ISO 45001, ANSI-Z1.13, DOE O 414.1, CMMI, etc.). - Must have the ability to adapt quickly and easily to new and challenging situations. We need to keep the asterisks? Probably keep as is. Pay: Annual Salary Range: $100,400 - $180,700. Schedule: Hours Per Week 40. Location and Position Type: we can include in a short paragraph under About the role or separate? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have sections for each of those headings if we have content. We'll include About the role (includes location, position type, hours? Actually schedule separate). We'll put location and position type in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we won't have a heading for the title. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
