We are seeking highly motivated professionals with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate is a talented, multi-skilled Handyman committed to quality work and customer service, possessing a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Look around the property and communicate to the customer additional repairs or services our company can handle
• Take time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work that could be performed
• Fix small issues and point them out to the customer to demonstrate our capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Tile
  • Electrical
• Proper equipment (not necessarily every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks)
• Troubleshooting skills: ability to examine a problem and resolve it promptly and professionally
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Presentable, clean-cut appearance
• Decent-looking vehicle and organized tools
• Punctual, efficient, and maintains high integrity
• Strives for top customer satisfaction
• Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations
