Professional Handyman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Professional Multiskilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience performing a variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, improvement, and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman, repair, maintenance, and improvement services.
• Complete drywall repairs, painting, caulking, trim work, carpentry, doors, and other general repairs.
• Install and replace hardware, shelves, cabinets, doors, and other components.
• Perform minor flooring, siding, framing, and finish carpentry work.
• Diagnose issues and determine the appropriate materials and repair methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow project specifications, company standards, and safety procedures.
• Accurately track labor hours and materials used on each project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in residential/commercial construction.
• Strong skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Ability to read and understand project instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation (Van or Truck) and a valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remodeling and home improvement projects.
• Experience working in both residential and commercial environments.
• Knowledge of basic tools, materials, and construction techniques.
