Responsibilities

• Leads are generated by the company and all appointments are set by our office manager
• Over 90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects
• 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of D2D sales experience
• Proven track record of success
• Demonstrates a commitment to customers
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic, ambitious
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications

• A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required
• Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required
