What Your Day Will Look Like
- Plan & design storm drain, water, sewer, and related roadway drainage infrastructure
- Perform hydraulic modeling & drainage calculations
- Lead development of plans & specifications
- Identify work elements, quantities & cost estimates
- Research code, permitting & environmental requirements
- Identify & coordinate utility conflicts and relocations
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineers
- Mentor junior engineers
- Oversight construction activities
Requirements
- Master’s in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or closely related field
- 1 year experience working on sewer and storm drain assessment projects
- Collecting field data, performing data entry, & writing reports
- Inspecting & assessing CCTV footage for sewer and storm drain assets in accordance with NASSCO PACP and MACP standards
- Building, configuring & deploying field applications using ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Survey123, and ArcGIS QuickCapture
- Developing dashboards & web applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder for reporting and operations
- Cooking, maintaining & organizing data assets using Microsoft Access, PipeLogix Phoenix, and ArcGIS Pro
- Automating data transfer using ArcGIS Notebooks with Python
