If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for the Sedentary Work category and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated Light Work. - Conditions of Employment: EEO etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we can drop that section. - Also "Apply Now! Come be part of something special in Fort Worth." is application instruction; remove. - Also "Find Out More! Why Fort Worth?" maybe keep as part of Benefits or About. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe from responsibilities like customer service, time management, communication, writing), Benefits (perks & benefits, sign-on incentive, holidays, etc.), Pay (pay range), Schedule (workdays & hours, hybrid). Also maybe Working Conditions could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section? Could be under Responsibilities or a separate "Working Conditions". But we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Working Conditions into Responsibilities or maybe into a "Job Details" section. However we have a specific list for Working Conditions; we could include under Responsibilities as part of duties? It's more about physical demands. Could be its own section but that would be many sections. Maybe we can incorporate into Responsibilities as a bullet. We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content. So we must include Pay, Schedule, Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. Let's see if we have enough for Skills: The posting mentions exceptional customer service, time management, communication, and writing skills are essential. Also ability to meet pressing deadlines and manage contracts. So we can list those. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Pay Range, Workdays & Hours, Sign-on Incentive, benefits. So we include those. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Professional Engineer- Stormwater". Good. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
