Duties
- Review design reports, advanced detail plans and final contract plans for cost, schedule, scope and quality.
- Manage the funding process with the Municipality and coordinate the development of State Local Project agreements.
- Review the local projects and ensure coordination and compliance with the “Procedure for Locally Administered Federal Aid Projects” as well as the Local Projects Manual.
- Manage funding reimbursements for Local projects through the Statewide Financial System (SFS).
- Monitor construction project activities through final closeout.
Responsibilities
May include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Either:
- A New York State Professional Engineer's license and current registration.
