PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Essential Functions

• Deliver workforce readiness curriculum to participants with a wide variety of learning styles and needs in classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning environments.
• Adapt pre-approved lesson plans and curriculum to meet the diverse needs of program participants while maintaining program fidelity.
• Support participant recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment goals by collaborating with team members to coordinate and facilitate participant screenings and interviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, daily logs, timesheets, individual planning activities, and other required documentation to monitor participant progress toward workforce readiness benchmarks and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, employers, and workforce development stakeholders to support program success and participant employment opportunities.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
