• Share relevant information and resources with qualified individuals
• Guide prospective partners through their decision-making process

• Manage your schedule, follow-up, and priorities independently

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in professional development, learning and development, leadership, management, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client relationships, human resources, sales, or a related professional field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional presence and sound judgment
• Ability to listen, ask effective questions, and understand individual needs
• Strategic thinking, initiative, and consistent follow-through
• Self-direction and strong organizational skills
• Comfort using technology and digital tools
• Interest in continued personal and professional growth
• Openness to an independent, performance-based structure rather than a traditional salaried/W-2 position
