Professional Development Associate

About the role

The Professional Development Associate supports the coastal region and collaborates with a team of Nursing Professional Development Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Educators, and Education Coordinators on initiatives including staff orientation, competency management, and education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for staff orientation, competency management, and education programs.
• Maintain and update documentation related to professional development activities.
• Aid in the delivery of educational programs and ensure their effectiveness.
• Ensure workforce readiness through continuous learning and organizational excellence.

Requirements

No specific educational requirements are listed, but an associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Two or more years of relevant experience is also preferred.
