Professional Customer Care Officer (f/m/d) (part-/full-time)

Your Tasks

• Guide clients through the admission processes on our Exchange.
• Help with daily customer support.
• Ensure prospects meet legal, regulatory, and technical requirements for admission.
• Organize and participate in meetings and calls with prospects and other departments.
• Perform technical setups and coordinate with internal departments for prospect admission.
• Be the first point of contact for existing members' incoming requests.
• Process and save all incoming documentation.
• Perform necessary setups to enable access to our products.
• Define, maintain, and improve processes in collaboration with colleagues.
• Take part in various projects involving the team, implementing processes and sharing knowledge.

Customer Care Team Role

• Central point of contact for all customer inquiries.
• Daily interaction with external partners and internal teams like Sales, Market Operations, Business Development, ECC, Reporting, and Legal.
• Participate in project implementation and share knowledge with the team.
• Build relationships with different stakeholders inside EEX Group and external parties.

Skills

• University degree (preferably in business administration or back-office management).
• Experience in back/middle office.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional level in German and/or French is a plus.
• Interest in working in a multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment.
