Professional Civil/Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct engineering work on projects of various sizes
• Perform engineering work in process design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including engineering services and construction management
• Work on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepare cost estimates for various water projects
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projects
• Affiliate with Project Managers with supervising and coordinating the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others team members for specific assignments
• Provide engineering services during construction
• Participate in field activities such as pilot testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
• 4 to 8 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Design and construction phase experience
