This Opportunity

• Immediate involvement in ongoing projects
• Opportunity to expand into new markets
• Technical advice, leading projects and teams, managing client relationships, and delivering profitable projects
• Working in a collaborative team environment where you impact team decisions and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Representing SEH at project and public meetings
• Preparing project approaches, scopes, and fees, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teams
• Determining major project design decisions in conjunction with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer, if not WI ability to obtain WI license upon hire
• Ability to reside in or around New Richmond, Wisconsin
• Previous design and/or construction experience on civil projects
• Preferred: Previous project management experience on Civil Engineering projects, previous experience with all phases of municipal street and utility improvement projects, AutoCAD/Civil3D background

Benefits

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $85,000 and $90,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.

Due to current business and operational considerations, SEH is unable to hire employees residing in the following states at this time: AK, AR, CA, CT, DE, HI, KY, MA, RI, VT, and PR. Candidates willing to relocate should indicate this in their application.
