Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver modern reporting and analytics solutions
• Integrate and model data to support enterprise reporting and analytics
• Build and maintain reusable data models and reporting datasets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
• Develop automated reporting processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort
• Leverage automation, AI, and AI-assisted capabilities to streamline dashboard development and enhance reporting efficiency
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting data through rigorous validation and testing
• Perform ad hoc analyses to provide actionable recommendations and business insights
• Research, analyze, and interpret business processes to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with business users to ensure high adoption and buy-in of delivered reporting solutions

Job Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics; advanced proficiency in modern BI tools like Tableau, Looker, and Python
• Data Integration: Proven experience integrating and transforming data from multiple enterprise systems
• Dashboard Design: Strong experience designing enterprise-grade dashboards and operational reporting solutions
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data; experience developing analytics and automation solutions using Python
• Plusses & Preferences: Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics capabilities, Git or other version control systems, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Salesforce, and CRM analytics
